For Bouygues Telecom, Rednun developed a series of data driven videos. Using multiple customer touchpoints, the main goal was to decrease inbound traffic to the call centers. Explaining for example when your internet hardware is being installed and which preparations you must take prior to the mechanics arrival.
Specific scenes are selected or shown based on the individual customer data. Major relevance is achieved by using predictive data models, every video is unique and personalized to one customer.
