Energy bills and especially the end of year closing bill can be quite confusing, so Rednun was asked to create a personalized explainer video. When a new customer of Eni signed up during the winter period, a time when it’s not only cold but dark as well, the advance payment could be a little higher than expected. This was especially so when the first meter reading was planned immediately in, or right after the winter. This led to a lot of unpleasant (and expensive) inbound calls. This data driven video addresses the confused customers and walks them through their specific subscription and bill with the use of an informative animation.
